Add It To Your Christmas Wish List: b Positive Project T-Shirt

I’d be lying if I said I was positive and happy everyday. Is anyone?

Like most people, I’ve had times in my life where I was desperately unhappy, but over the years, through a lot of soul searching, I’ve been able to learn the tools to pull me up when I’m down. And I think that’s the key. Not focusing on happiness as such, but focusing on nourishing yourself so you feel good, and learning how to manage life and its many obstacles that get thrown at you.

Stephen Martin knows this all too well. He’d literally hit rock bottom when he founded b Positive Project by accident back in 2009. He realised that in order to make himself feel better, he may as well make others far less fortunate than himself feel better too. So, he sent a few sick kids and their families to a Red Sox game and from there, a movement was born.

Today, b Positive is an apparel company that sells super comfortable t-shirts, hoodies, jumpers and other fun things for guys and girls in an effort to spread the message of positivity, motivation and inspiration.

Here I am wearing my black b Positive Tee…

By slipping one of these bad boys on, you too are spreading the message of living a life full of purpose, positivity and all ’round awesomeness. I know I’m going to pass a few of these around this Christmas, what about you?

Tell me Happies…

Do you want to be a part of the b Positive Project?

Stay Happy,
Yaz x

Kudos to b Positive Project all around. Great mantra, great merchandise. And they’re giving 25% to The Lymphoma and Leukemia Society if you use promo-code “TNT”. It’s amazing what a positive attitude can do!
