This morning I was a guest on Mornings with Sonia and David, talking about the benefits of facial yoga. And while I’m a huge fan of traditional yoga, this whole face yoga thing has me in stitches (as you’re about to see).
Facial yoga is a series of exercises that help brighten, tone and lift the facial muscles. Yogi celebs like Gwyneth and Jennifer Aniston are both said to be fans and now, it’s going mainstream.

Funny right? While the segment was nothing but giggles and face pulling, facial yoga does have merit. It brings circulation to otherwise ignored areas of your face and strengthens muscles in places where wrinkles and fine lines often occur. Used in conjunction with all the other ‘graceful ageing’ tips we all know and love (sun protection, healthy diet and exercise, skincare) this fun new method might be the natural anti-ageing solution we’re looking for.
