Bliss Balls: They might not look the best, but…

…they taste amazing!

These healthy snacks will keep you full for hours thanks to the seeds and coconut oil, plus, they satisfy sugar cravings and take, on average, 3.5 seconds to whip up. My sister gave them a crack and replaced the greens powder with banana, and said they were amazing. So play around and incorporate ingredients that you have in your cupboard.

Here’s the visual…

And here’s what you need to make about 10 balls…

1 1/2 cups of dates
1 handful each of walnuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of raw cocao
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of tahini or peanut butter (or both)
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons of barley grass powder (or super greens powder of any sort)
1 clove

To make these, all you need to do is throw all the ingredients into a food processor…

Then, blend, roll into balls. Shazam! They’re ready. If you want to make them more appealing, one clever Happy recommended rolling them in some coconut flakes. Enjoy!

Tell me what you think of these balls?
Do you want to try them?

Stay Happy,

Yaz xx

You are right they do look a little strange, but they sound really good! I think I am going to have to give these a try. Sounds like a great snack on the go!

Would these also work as a slice? How is the consistency for pressing the mixture into a tin and slicing it into squares? then you could sprinkle the top with some coconut and it might look a little more appealing 🙂

Oh, it would work wonderfully as a slice. It’s quite rich so you’d have to cut it into small pieces but it would work really well. Yx
